The World we live in can be harsh and difficult on times. For the few there is safety and comfort but for the majority there is hardship and trouble. There is not much I can do about the physical problems of life so I wont even try but I might be able to help with the internal things that we all deal with everyday. I'm talking about our mental World, this is often where most of our trouble starts. When we find solutions to the inner world of emotions and thoughts the outer world looks better, we can cope better and we feel better.

What I'd like to do is offer some thoughts and strategies for helping you to live a more rounded and peaceful life. These ideas are ways that I have learned to overcome some of lifes little problems. These days I live peacefully most of the time, not always but most of the time. I have found there are many people with really severe problems with their thought lives. They are stressed a lot and under great pressure. There is a way to deal with that pressure. Perhaps I can help.

What I shall be doing is putting out regular talks on different aspects of mental life and ways to improve and strengthen the way you think. I really hope I can make a difference even if its just for a few that would be good.
